Ravi is a senior financial services professional with over 25 years of experience across Investment Banking, Global Banking, and Investment Management, with exposure across India and Singapore. He has held senior leadership roles with leading Banks, where he was responsible for business growth, client engagement, and team leadership.
His career includes a long tenure with Deutsche Bank, followed by senior roles such as Director at Coutts & Co., Singapore, and Director & Head – Global Indian Business at CIMB Bank, Singapore. He has also worked in senior banking roles with ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank.
He holds professional certifications from the Institute of Banking & Finance, Singapore and has completed the Entrepreneurship Edge Programme at London Business School. Ravi’s interests include capital markets and mentoring, and he enjoys travel and mountaineering

Shekar has almost two decades of experience in various multinationals with diversified sector experience – FMCG, Life Insurance, Audit & Assurance and Oil & Gas sectors. His last stint was as Group Finance Director with Lornamead Group, a UK-based multinational in the FMCG space which owns well-known personal care brands (such as Yardley of London, Finesse, etc.). His prior stints include various finance and audit positions with MNCs such as ExxonMobil and KPMG in India.
Shekar has rich experience in the FMCG – M&A space, having led / been part of over 11 Acquisitions and 4 Divestments, besides re-structuring and re-financing transactions in North America, Europe and India.
Being Sector-Agnostic, ANOVA has completed assignments across various sectors including: Manufacturing, FMCG, Luxury Brands, Healthcare, Hospitality and Technology-led / Tech-Enabled businesses
Shekar is also an active Angel Investor (investments made in 30 Start-ups across segments including EdTech, HealthTech, FMCG, ConsumerTech, F&B Services, Business Intelligence, Media, LogiTech, FinTech, Gaming, etc.) and serves as non-executive director in mid-size companies, both in India and abroad.
